Tickets are not refundable for any reason and all sales are final. All events are held regardless of weather. Purchaser assumes all risk and agrees to these terms when buying tickets. A purchased ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding of the purchase price. The resale at a price higher than the face value of a ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Holder of any ticket also assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event before, during and after the event. Absolutely no moshing, body-surfing or slam-dancing allowed. Please note that video cameras and other audio recording devices are prohibited.
